PSALMS 117:1-2 (KJV)

1 O praise the Lord, all ye nations: praise him, all ye people.

2 For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the Lord endureth for ever. Praise ye the Lord.

INTRODUCTION

When we are praising God, we are declaring that right from our roots, whatever that is not praising God must be nullified because there is power in praises. God wants us to bring forth fruit that will abide and it should abide, no matter where you are from.

John 15:16, if you want God to answer your prayers, the key is to bring forth fruit and the fruit should abide. In the midst of us praising God, the Lord wants us to bring people that will abide and remain in Christ, it is a command and not a choice. The Lord has commanded us to go forth and bring forth fruit. He didn’t just command but we are chosen to bring forth fruit.

When a branch is connected to the vine or the tree, the beauty of the tree is made manifest in the branch, so when you are connected to Jesus and you bring people to be connected with Jesus, the beauty of Jesus is made manifest in your life.

As we praise God, we should determine that whatsoever does not glorify God in our life must be uprooted.

If you want the fruit to abide, ask yourself if you are abiding in Christ (Am I abiding in Christ? Does my life glorify Christ? Is my life praise to God?). God wants to beautify lives, if you know your lifestyle and ways are not beautiful, then it’s a beautiful time to praise God!

Prayer:

  1. My Father! My Father! As I praise you, whatsoever does not glorify you in my life let it be uprooted.
  2. Lord help me to be fruitful and bring souls that will abide.
  3. Lord right from my foundation let every agenda of hell be destroyed.
  4. FatherMy Father! My Father! Please beautify my life.
