Put them to Remembrance

2 Peter 1:12-13
12 Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth.
13 Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance;
To move forward, you’d have to hook up to Jesus and allow Him lead you up.
A child of God would be as prosperous as he yields to divine instructions
7 Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper withersoever thou goest. 8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
… here God gave us recipe for success
20 My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. 22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
If you want life, peace, joy, hearken to His voice
18 But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. 19 And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the Lord thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that ye shall surely perish.
Remembrance of God’s word lifts burdens and restores hope and Confidence.
It was this same confidence David had to defeat Goliath on remembrance of God’s word.
Let’s be conscious that we are not ordinary people.
Let’s never forget we are kings and where the word of the king is there is power.
We must always know that old things have past away.
