Text: Ecclesiastes 3:11
Speaker: Pastor Adesoji Oni

Ecclesiastes 3:11

He hath made everything beautiful in His time: also He hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

INTRODUCTION

Anyone who is thinkful will be thankful to God, no matter how you see it, God has been good, He has been faithful, most of the times we tend to think more of our problems and less of what God has done for us.

Even when you are going through challenges, and it looks as if you have been deserted by God, God is still working on your behalf. Romans 8:28

The moment the time of God steps into the challenges you are facing, you will look back and say “indeed God has made all things beautiful in His time”.

God works with time, sometimes we forget that we are men and God is God, we judge God based on our own understanding and reasoning rather than reasoning like Him (the way He has made us). Psalm 90:4, 2 peter 3:8.

Psalm 102:13. You must understand between an APPOINTED TIME and a SET TIME.

Every promise of God is just like an appointed time and when the appointment comes, there is a set time to see that what you are believing God for comes to manifestation (The period it takes, we don’t have control over it) Acts 1:3

Psalm 126:1, Isaiah 43

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU ARE FACED WITH THE PROBLEMS OF LIFE?

  1. Wait upon the lord, the problem we have is the inability to wait upon the lord. It takes courage to wait on the lord.
  2. Turn it to Jesus, let Jesus help you out and leave it in His hand. Psalm 27:14 (Rejoice in Answered Prayers)

CONCLUSION

What we should be praying for is the grace to be able to tarry in God’s presence till your time comes. Job 14:14

Know that God is still working on your behalf. Isaiah 28:16. The devil cannot stop you when your set time is come (Zechariah 4:7)

Hebrews 10:35-37, Habakkuk 2:3. The vision God has for your life is for an appointed time.
